Shipping policy

We love making our customers and their furry friends smile. If you aren't satisfied with your product, you can either return it to the store that you purchased it from or contact us. Customers are responsible for all of the shipping and handling fees of returned products.

 

In order to make a return, the following must be completed:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 20 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
