Shipping + Returns
We love making our customers and their furry friends smile. If you aren't satisfied with your product, you can either return it to the store that you purchased it from or contact us. Customers are responsible for all of the shipping and handling fees of returned products.
In order to make a return, the following must be completed:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Ship the item back to us within 20 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges
Interested in another product? If you would like to make an exchange, please email us about your inquiry at info@pureandgoodpet.com. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer (both shipping to and from). If the item(s) isn't received in its original condition that it was sent to you in, your exchange is subject to rejection.
- The product is un-damaged and un-used.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.
